Uk Orders

Standard Royal Mail UK 48 hour tracked

All UK orders are shipped via the Royal mail 48 Hour tracked service. Shipping fees are £3.75 regardless of the quantity of items. While this is a 48 hour tracked service please allow 10 working days to pass for delivery (This is not a self imposed time limit, it is imposed by royal mail). A tracking number will be provided.

International Orders

Royal Mail international (Tracked)

international orders are sent via Royal Mail. The maximum permitted weight per package is 1.9kg (4.3lbs), so if your order weighs more than 1.9kg (4.3lbs), you will be charged for two packages. If your order weighs more than 3.8kg (8.6lbs), you will be charged for three packages, and so on. We do not make a profit from our postage charges – they simply reflect what Royal Mail charge. Orders are usually delivered within 7-14 working days, though can sometimes take longer. We ask international customers to wait 6 weeks before we class a parcel as missing, as we have found that parcels are arriving during this timeframe. Regrettably, we have no control over how long the international postal system will take to deliver your order. Please note that Royal Mail International packages do have tracking numbers.

International Orders - Import duties and taxes

While we do not charge import duties or taxes with regards to international orders you may still have to pay them. Any local duties, taxes or customs charges assessed by your government are your responsibilty. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearence. Please note that customs policies vary widely between countries. Charges for customs clearence, import duties and taxes must be covered by you and are solely your responsibility. We have no control over over these charges whatsoever and are unable to predict what they may be. We reccomend you contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order. International shopments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
