When will my order ship?
Orders are usually shipped the same day, but not later than within 2 working days.

When will my order arrive?
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and normally arrive in 2-3 working days but may occasionally take up to 7 days.
Some larger orders may be sent by Evri.
You will receive an email confirming dispatch of your order, complete with relevant tracking information on the day of dispatch.

My order hasn't arrived?
If it has been more than 10 working days and your order has not arrived please first check with your neighbours and then local sorting office/depot in case of a missed delivery. Please also check that the delivery address is correct on your order.
Please get in touch with us if your order remains undelivered and we will do our best to help.

What is your returns policy?
If your order is damaged, incomplete or lost please email us at thegreenlakecarftstudio@gmail.com within 30 days and we'll do our best to help.
If you have changed your mind please return the unused goods in their original condition to us within 30 days and we will offer you a refund or exchange.

Information about t-shirt yarn?
It is made from 100 % cotton fabric. It is the same weight/thickness (330-380 gr/5 bulky) throughout the whole skein with no knots! Made in Latvia.
Knitting needles: 8-15 mm
Crochet hook: 6-15 mm

What size hook should I use for making baskets?
I usually use a 5 mm hook for the first round, and then change to the 6 mm hook. If you find that your crochet works out tightly, please try the next hook size up than the one on the label.
Choose the size hook as recommended on the yarn label. If there are two sizes of hook, it is better to start with the smaller size of the hook for the first round of crochet (which goes around the holes of the base) and then to use the larger size in the following rounds.
